They chose dark grey aluminium 5 panel bifold doors and maintenance free modern slatted composite cladding. We built them a small L shaped bar with a split level oak top and cladding to match the exterior. It features a wine cooler, fridge, sink and storage. We linked up the broadband connection from the house, installed the TV, all electrics, internal and external lighting, plumbing, laminate flooring, windows and doors, and the room was plastered, painted and ready to use. The air conditioning unit keeps the room cool in summer and warm in winter. They can now enjoy the extra space to chill out or socialise with friends.

Phil and Rosie had an existing summerhouse that was small, dated and didn't maximise the space at the end of their garden. They wanted a modern entertainment space they could enjoy all year round, so we built them a fully insulated garden room complete with bar and WC.
